WebDesk CommentaryI just downloaded… - Version: 1.0.2, 7/9/2003 06:41AM PST

WebDesktop and while it looks very cool, with the transparency and all, it won't let you show the page in a cropped frame like WebDesk, or display the page on a second monitor. By setting the width and positioning of a page, you can show just the rectangular area of a page that's of interest to you and refresh it periodically, cropping out ads and all other info. I hope these programs learn from each other, because each one has features the other lacks.

Because if so, WebDesktop fills nearly all my needs. Exept maybe remembering the last URL. I use it to have my MLDonkey web interface under control.
