Product Description:

Xelix is a powerfull application that keep track of all your account transactions.

It supports unlimited accounts, unlimited transaction types with options to manage your own custom fields for any given transaction.

It also features a cancelation status for transactions and a recoincile checking field, so you can keep track of your bank statements and reality!.

It also handles multiple types of reports, search engine for any type or kind of data and lots of more options.

Please keep in mind that we are still in testing, and that we NEED your feedback in order to keep working on the right track!.

This new release also supports password protection for any account, and also supports inter account transfers or transfers of money from accounts within the system.

What's new in this version:

Panther Compatible
A new transaction window has been implemented into this release, this window its in its infancy, and requires lots of testing, but will make the application so much simpler and efficient that it used to be.
- i. Custom Fields are now shown and edited in line in a list box.
- ii. Transfer options no longer required a secondary window
- iii. Cancel status display is better implemented
- iv. More precise validation can be expected.
Overall Core Managers improved, better performance.
Sheets are now implemented everywhere suited.
Upgrade engine is now improved and fixed from a bug that used to crash the app under certain circumstances.
BUG FIX : When tracing a transaction without knowing the password of the source or target account used to cause a crash.
Panther compatible and optimize. Jaguar users can expect a bit of lag, since this app is now optimized for the new generation of OS.
Description field no longer required for a new transaction or the modification of one.
Sort Should now respect creation order.
All Windows will now center to the main window, instead of the screen. Exception the main window the first time and the splash screen.
Improved graphical renderer.
�CONCEPT� label is now extremely consistent any where in the app.
General Validators are now upgraded and more functional
Database engine upgraded for faster response, and smoother behavior.
Backups and restores are now supported.
Startup sequence revised and simplified for new users.
The system will now auto archive a copy of the last workable database. So if for some reason it gets corrupted, the system can attempt to restore an internal backup.
Manual backups can be achieved so you can later restore to a sooner version. Keep in mind that this will overwrite data in your database to a previous state. Please use caution. (You will be prompted by the system to continue or not)
Big files, should behave much better now.
The system will now remember your position in the main list when changing the status of a checkmark in the transaction list. So you wont have to start scrolling from the beginning of the file.
Look and feel of the preferences window is improved.
Balance render is now as precise as your computer can be.
Restores WILL over write existing data, so please be careful. IT WILL prompt for your permission before actually doing it.
Fixed a bug where the font list in the preferences window did not display at first the current font.
All texts are now defined in a dictionary, which will not only simplify the spelling checking procedure expected for final release, but also allow a multi lingual version.
Lots of minor tweaks and code optimizing here and there.
