Product Description:

HourWorld shows the light and dark areas of the earth with the positions of the sun and moon. Twilight is displayed with both beauty and geometric precision as it blends from daylight into full darkness around the world. The primary screen displays five or seven clocks, showing the current time and day/night status in cities of your choice. Functions include worldwide clocks, phone call coordinator, sunrise and sunset, sun and moon calendars, sundial, and GPS.Four sizes for screens up to 1024x768.

What's new in this version:

Fixed AM/PM designation for DST locations within an hour before noon/midnight
Adjusted time displays at top of screen for cities not an integral number of hours from UTC
Added version resource
Added OS restriction. Requires OS 9.1 or later. Not compatible with CalcCMask in early OS 9
Added Carbonlib restriction. Requires Carbonlib 1.4 or later under OS 9.1 and 9.2
Moved "Enter Registration Key" from File menu to Apple/Program menu

This is a great product that works perfectly with Leopard. I initially had a problem with it, but the developer responded to my email within a couple of hours with a simple fix. The problem was not with the program, but was due to a corrupted prefs file on my end.

I highly recommend this product! :)

I have been using Hourworld since it was originally released and love it. When I initially upgraded to Leopard I had a problem resizing the window. I wrote to the developer, who responded within two hours with an easy fix, and it now works perfectly!

When I first experienced the problem, I wrote a bad review on this site as a draft, then wrote to the developer. When I received such a prompt response with an easy fix, I went to close out the draft post only to find that it had been posted (obviously, I screwed something up).

I promptly hit the "Admin" button and asked them to delete the post, but unfortunately the Versiontracker folks have ignored that request.
