Product Description:

This plugin for iView MediaPro 2 users automatically resizes and compresses the selected photos and adds them as attachment to a new Apple Mail message.

You can either select images by thumbnail or label them while in full screen mode or slide show mode. You can also define your own resize and compress preferences.

Preserves embedded EXIF/GPS meta data (in future release of iView MediaPro). Professionals can add all metadata and annotations of the original images as a textfile with the mailed photos.

Compatible with Mac OS X 10.3 Panther
Selecting images to mail while viewing in full screen mode or slide show mode (use newly added "Select by Label" feature)
Option to save mailed images in user folder for later (re)use

I had the same installation problem mentioned by a previous poster. An email to Infofilm was handled promptly by the owner, and he sent me a new installer which worked perfectly. The script thoughtfully allows customization and effortlessly handles the emailing of reduced size images with Mail, Entourage or Eudora. I like it.

The new registration system does not appear to work properly (claims my reg. code is invalid), and in demo mode, no pictures are transfered into the mail app. program. Reverting back to the previous version, billed as simply v2. works fine again. Hopefully these bugs will be worked out soon. This has become an invaluable little script plug in for me. But this update seems to be very broken.
