User Manager is a replacement for the "Users" pane in the Mac OS X System Preferences. User Manager is designed for Mac OS X "power users" who want full control over user and group management without the need to resort to using the NetInfo Manager.

Group ID buggy - Version: 0.2.1, 6/14/2004 11:24AM PST

When creating a group through User Manager, the Group ID starts at 1000 EACH time i start the program, thus wrongly assigning a group ID that is already taken by another group. It would be nice if it could query to find the next available group ID that can be allocated

I was hoping someone would write a clean GUI for manipulating the user information in Netinfo -- Netinfo Manager allows doing so as well, but only in a less convenient way, partiuclarly not good for less skilled computer users. This little program does the job! Haven't tried all option, but it appears to work very well.
