Having used ltjBPM 1.2, I really appreciate its workflow. It's the topcat amongst bpmers.
Now, with 2.0, all I get is beeping when I hit the keyboard shortcuts. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any tips, any one?

First I tried the BPM Widget, which is extremely easy to use, but has no features; it just spits out the number. This great program on the other hand displays 8-beat averages, instantly populates the BPM tag in iTunes, and can be completely controlled with one hand.
A tip: The program comes with no separate documentation, but everything you need is in the program's Help. Print a screenshot of the Command List from help while you're first learning.

Any ideas why?
