I'm using this product since two weeks, for monitoring my kid's internet usage. If you ask me, the $29 is a very good investment - I no longer have to worry about possible harm that could be done to my child via the internet; or any harm my child could do to other people (like hacking, for example).
Thumb up for this product!

Think twice about installing this app

I read the mixed reviews regarding this application and decided to install it anyway. Big mistake! The application slowed my PowerBook G4 to a crawl -- I haven't seen the rotating rainbow so much since the day I installed this application. And it sure is hard to remove it since several files are hidden. But I think I finally found a way to get rid of it. Run the application Netinfo Manager and under the Security Menu, enable the Root User if you haven't done this already. Then log out and log back in. In the User field, enter 'root' and the password for the root user. Hold down the shift key before logging in to disable startup files. In the Finder do a search/find for "monitorer" and move all Monitorer files to the trash. Then do a secure empty trash. And you'll finally be done with this app. I even paid the registration fee -- but I'll just take the loss and be glad I was able to delete this monster.
Think twice before do it.
