I have been using PowerQuote software to manage my printshop for about eight months now and have been very happy. It has streamlined our estimating significantly, and we like how the integrated accounting handles our receivables. Estimates are much more consistent and searching our customer job history is quick and easy. Recently, we upgraded to the OS10 version and it's added features and speed make the program really run smoothly. I've been in the printing business for over 17 years and I was reluctant to try print shop management software, but I'm glad I found PowerQuote. It has changed what used to be a headache area for me (estimating and accounting) into one of the easiest things to manage in my shop.
