vTunes ReviewGreat - Version: 4.0, 11/16/2005 09:34PM PST

I love 2 of the 3 visualizers.

The only thing I really want to see is a framerate display option.

Other than that this is a very nice set of visualizers.

vTunes ReviewNice Overall - Version: 4.0, 12/1/2004 05:17PM PST

Overall a cool plug-in. I agree with the previous post that resolution could be improved for "Skyscraper" when in full screen mode and there seems to be a bug that causes the skyscraper plugin to go white if you change an option forcing you to stop and then restart the visualizer. Besides that it's great.

vTunes CommentaryHow about linking colour to pitch for displays? - Version: 3.1, 5/22/2004 07:32AM PST

lucytune (LucyScaleDevelopments)
This application seems to work fine. It would make sense for visual display designers to exploit the connection between pitch and color. i.e. match a colour to each of the 12 notes. It should be possible to pitchtrack the audio signal and display the appropriate colour. There also seem to be some pitch, and harmony ear training and music education benefits to this approach. see: http://www.lucytune.com/new_to_lt/pitch_04.html for example pitch/colour mapping systems. More info is at: http://www.harmonics.com/myron/hccs/seal.html
