Product Description:

PalmFileEdit is designed to be a fast, easy way to create and edit palm files. Palm files are presented in a simple document window. Attributes can be modified in an intuitive way. Resource and record data can be edited using either the hex editor or by entering ASCII.

What's new in this version:

Fixes a Tiger compatibility issue which caused a crash when editing records and resources. Fixes a typo in the interface. Fixes a bug where adding a zero-length resource or record could cause a crash.

This soft helped me a lot ! There's just a little problem when you drag entries from another .pdb file, entries are not in the right order.
