Having used Noble Ape for three years, my only minor complaint had been handling the intuition variables. It caused too much difficulty when implementing environmental stimuli changes. This update finally makes it a snap! I was going to say "intuitive," but that would have been confusing for some.

But what is the difference between this app and Apple's device driver development team?
odd...and oddly compelling

what can one say about this weird little program?
the program hasn't changed appreciably since the first time I downloaded it on a whim.
it doesn't seem to do much, though it does look like some kind of cellular automata program playing out on a 3-D terrain.
yet, every third time it comes out, I am compelled to try again. always the same. why? what bizzare draw does this program and it's Dr. Bronner's-like web site have?
well, it comes with source! that's something. It's got a lot of "das blinkenlights"-appeal.
there's no accounting for what appeals to some folks, myself included.
