What bad sales support

I order this product on line through their web site and paid for it. I NEVER received my confirmation number/serial number from them. After one week, I sent an e-mail with a pdf of my receipt attached, still no word back. After three more days, I sent another message, a little more assertive this time, still no word back. I just completed my last message to them and told them I didn't want their product after all. I would rather have a root canal than deal with lazy sales staff and that, if I found my debit card was tapped for the charges for the software, I would do anything and everything, within the law, to recover my money and to see them prosecuted!

The "View Official Time" button still leads to a missing eBay browser page. I have successfully used MaxiBidder for several years.
This version works for me! - Version: 1.99r12, 2/8/2008 12:00AM PST

The previous version had a problem with hours offset. This one works fine an I have won several auctions to confirm.

I found the "what's new" section in this version interesting, because there is NOT one. Does it work now or are you just running it on versiontracker hoping to pull in a few more bucks from the last remaining people that are unaware that this is a non-working application. If you fixed it you would have stated so. Maybe you're in denial. Even though I owned a copy of this and Auction Hunter, Auction Hunter returns emails right away to work with me and actually fixed my problem and send me a test updated app that worked perfectly.
This person never replied to my email, and apparently doesn't care that this stopped working. Now comes out with and update with nothing done to it hoping to get a few more bucks.
Sounds like a crack head attitude to me.
I'm really not into trying this only to loose another auction, or to test it on a cheap auction ( eg bag of Balloons) that I have no use for because the shipping on ebay is so high now.
You've burned too many bridges, you need to get your application solid as a rock and work on repairing your public relations. If your not willing to do that for one reason or another then just go away.

Give it up - Version: 1.99r12, 2/4/2008 12:00AM PST

I can see you don't like this software. Give it up
I use http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/14033 "JBidWatcher" and its worked fine under my configuration OSX 10.5.1.
You don't have to keep going on and on and on etc etc.

I just tried Auction Hunter again and it works like a dream. Never misses a single snipe. It's the ONLY one that works for me. So what ever Silent Sniper, JBidder, an Maxi Bidder are doing, it's wrong for most people. Well, from what I've read in the comments.

This is a total rip off.
Stay the F... away from this piece of crap!
VersionTracker should ban this developer totally.

I found a workaround with Auction Hunter and it might work with this turd as well.
You need to have all the info right in the application for starters, but that doesn't get it working.
You need to have your browser open and logged onto ebay and make sure you check the box that keeps you logged in.
If you restart your browser or the computer you have to open the browser again and login to ebay as well, and of course your snipe app has to be running and set to snipe with your user ID in the prefs.
Like I said, this worked like a dream with Auction Hunter which was not sniping auctions at all just like this app is doing, so maybe they both have the same flaw, or maybe there is not a way to get that to work using a third party snipe app.
So try they workaround and I hope it helps. I still haven't get a reply to my support email from this flake, at least Auction Hunter gives you a reply.
