When I try to launch it on my MacBook Pro, it crashes. See my first comment for details (I didn't want to clutter up the top-level reviews).

I just added this to my toolbox. I made a comment on an older version that it didn't seem to have any unique features - now it does.
The ability to add Notes (which allow you to mark a location within a file and make notes about what it is for) is something I haven't seen elsewhere. Very interesting.
The drawer that shows different representations of the current data point is interesting/useful as well.
PeekIt also shows your changes in red, which is nice. Makes it easy to see what you've done.
It has some issues with interface glitches (text, etc), but that is not a big problem.
All in all, I'm glad to see that what I mentioned about PeekIt showing potential is starting to be realized. I don't do as much hex-editing as I used to, but I'll be sure to use this when I do.

But am going to have to drop it, as it is just too unreliable on search or find strings. It does not seem to remember whether I have selected to start from file beginning, or whether I have case sensitive or not.
Often, it finds only one instance of a string, while I can plainly see multiple copies of the exact same string on screen within several lines of the only 'found' instance.
P.S. I did contact developer, who responded, but no resolution.
