Product Description:

DiskWarrior is the safest, most technologically advanced, most powerful utility to eliminate directory damage available for any computer. DiskWarrior is not a disk repair program in the conventional sense. Instead of patching the original directory, it uses a patent-pending technology to quickly build a new replacement directory using data recovered from the original directory, thereby recovering files, folders and documents that you thought were lost and that no other program could recover.

What's new in this version:

now available for complete compatibility with Mac OS X 10.5.5 (Leopard). Version 4.1.1 restores the ability to use DiskWarrior to repair permissions while started from Mac OS X 10.5.5.

I was a happy user of Disk Warrior... then, i have had to move abroad. My 3.0.3 is now useless and i cannot upgrade it anymore, due to the delivery method. I cannot go to the customs and wait hours that an arbitrary custom fee to be added to this "Software coming from United States". So, without proper internet delivery, i will not buy anymore upgrade of this software.

Suppose I have a program that is used by a lot of devoted friends who have gmail email accounts. Suppose I have a staff that suggests we only sell downloaded software to those customers who DO NOT have gmail email accounts. How long would it take me to fire them? It is truly amazing that the people who make this excellent product cannot figure out how to send such a small program over the Internet, as a great number of suppliers do, so those of us who DO use gmail exclusively can pay them money, and buy their product. I beggars the imagination.

I really wish Alsoft would SIMPLY allow us to update our DiskWarrior application, without having to update the original CD. What an incredible waste of time.

Great product, but the updater is just a little silly.
