I ran into technical difficulties with this program and have been unable, aftger numerous, varied attempts, to get a single reply from the developer, nFinity, Inc. Three times over the last two months I have submitted a feedback form from the company's website at http://www.quick-voice.com/feedback.html --nothing. I then tried tracking down its corporate headquarters--not a trace to be found. I then emailed their distributor, Kagi, and was sent two email addresses, to which I sent messages. I got a response from somebody named Michael Corcoran (mjc02865@mac.com) who wrote: "Where did you find the contact address . . . that one is no longer valid. however I can help you. What is the issue. ~Mike" That seemed promising, but then he never wrote back, despite my sending him severeal follow-up messages! I will try writing the P.O. Box in Rhode Island for a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Buyer beware!
