Best scrapbook there is - but not secure

I have been using this program since its inception back in old Classic OS days. I still use it for storing all kinds of information. But, the data is not encrypted and can easily be read in a word processor even if one password protects a data file. It is not recommended for info such as credit card numbers etc, especially on a laptop.
I understand data encryption is coming. I hope it is soon.

No Serial Number - No Response! - Version: 1.2, 7/3/2005 01:35AM PST

This software seems like it would be great. So great that I paid for it - along with several other utilities from JohnVHolder.com I can't get him to send my Serial Numbers or reply to repeated emails - so I can't use the programs! Other than that - they look like they would be great to use.
A hint for future releases ... mirror the download across as many sites as you can. Then advertise its availability.
Else ... don't bother.
I'll check again in a month or so - as I seriously doubt the situation will be improved before then.
Pity. It's a nice piece of software - hey, I paid for it (under OS 9 and OS X) ... but this aggravation is just so damn unprofessional.
