Product Description:

vCard Splitter
This application will split a single Address Book vCard file into separate vCards for each Address Book entry.
Instructions: To use, drag a single 'Address Book' vCard file on to the 'vCard Splitter' application or double-click 'vCard Splitter' and select the file.
TIP: Create a folder with the single vCard file from Address Book and then drag this on to vCard Splitter. This will ensure the separate vCards Version 2.6 - An AppleScript utility to split a single Address Book vCard file containing multiple entries into single vCard files in the same folder -- Only for character sets 'Address Book 3.0(Default)' or 'Mac OS Roman' -- David Stubbs & Gary Clarke 2006

This simple script works a treat!
I needed to add all the contacts in my address book to my Samsung D600 - Split a group vCard and then send all the individual vCards (at once) to the phone via bluetooth.
