the game worked well in OS X Id pay for it, but it doesnt. And I didnt have to pay more to upgrade many apps from OS 9. Before a developer charges an upgrade, there is usually a beta, but in this case its a master beta.

weak, seriously, i mean, the art is rough, every ten seconds there is a spinning beachball, there arewnt enough chances(although that could be my dumb ass, i will concede..) over all this is like a system 6 game graphically speaking, nonetheless, these people arent blowing stuff up.

what if you bought the OS 9 versions of Photoshop, QuarkXPress, MS-Office, etc.? Would you have to pay no upgrade fee to get the OS X versions? Or the Windows versions? OS X is a wholly new operating system; developers go to great lengths to port their applications (whether in Cocoa or Carbon).
