artie505Butler (donationware) <http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20035> enables you to do the same thing as does Function Keys Mapper - Mac OS X.

I downloaded it and discovered much to my chagrin that this is a paid upgrade. Nothing in the accompanying docs informs you of this fact. The first time I discovered this was when it launched and told me that my serial number is invalid. "Nuts!" I grumbled and tried to revert to 3.6. Sorry, no go! The old serial number no longer works period! It won't work in 4.0 or 3.6.
To call this highway robbery would be to putting it mildly!
