Product Description:
Anyone who has ever tried to send a file larger than a couple hundred KBytes by e-mail knows the pain. It would either flood your recipient's mailbox or bounce right back to you.
FileChute to the rescue. Sending files is now as easy as dropping the files in the chute and pasting the link (URL) in your email.

What's new in this version:
Major changes were made in FileChute 2.5 and a few issues
were inadvertently introduced. This update addresses those issues:
- Due to popular demand, the Account Selector is back. It is now shown only when there is more than one account.
- Added keyboard shortcut for switching between up to 18 accounts (up from 9 accounts).
- Fixed: FileChute 2.5 did not work properly with some FTP servers
- Fixed: Progress indicator display incorrectly when file size is over 10 MB (for non-.Mac accounts)

I have tried a number of different programs to assist with the transfer of large files over the internet and most will do the job. However, this program beats them all for its ease of use and speed. I highly recommend this product. It is definitely the file compression / file transfer program for people without much technical ability.
It gets the job done without having the user to read pages of instructions on its operation.

I've owned FileChute for years, I use it when I need it and it never lets me down. Great concept for the Mac.
