Very easy to use, even has it's own built in web server.

Don't forget to visit http://www.cvstrac.org for more info on installing and setup (I had to for instructions on how to start the web server).

10/10

This program seems to be a nice one - but I cannot test it. After installation (really easy), I called it using my favorit browser (Safari), entered my login name and password: "You entered an incorrect username and/or password". Tried some other passwords, ...

Is this a trojan horse, which samples for account names and passwords?

have a CVS repository, this is great. It's a mix between CVSWeb and Bugzilla of sort. it's very light, has built in collaborative documentation tools, cross reference of bug numbers and everything one would need. I wouldn't say it's going to scale to hundreds of developers, but for a small group it is awesome.
