Before downloading and installing please note that v3.5.0 is the very last free version (without xtras). Versions 3.5.1 onward are 7 day demos only, after which time you must pay the shareware fee.

Therefore, if you would like to continue using ImageWell for free, hang onto version 3.5.0.

ImageWell Commentaryexif? - Version: 3.5.1, 4/9/2008 02:56PM PST

the Helix
Is it that difficult to make it so that imagewell does not erase exif information? Tons of people have been clamoring that the exif data be preserved after processing through imagewell, but the developer still hasn't looked in to this.

I predict that this app. will fall into disuse and eventual oblivion since it is not useful for serious photographers who need their exifs intact; and it will be dumped by a majority of users because it is no longer free. I am hoping that the developer realizes that this once useful app. is at a point where it will soon become useless if he doesn't add the features that everyone is requesting so badly such as the exif.

ImageWell CommentaryWhat a shame - Version: 3.5, 4/3/2008 12:46PM PST

I originally picked this tool up because it was free, and could do basic tasks like resizing images without hassle (and without having to open a larger tool, like Photoshop, just to resize an image).

I'll have to find something else.
