the lack of instructions (but it really wasn't that hard to figure out), -1 star for resetting all the palletes (grrr) and losing the recent document list. +4 stars for not making me use Quark. Haven't noticed a huge difference in the speed yet.

the decompressed folder is named "LongDoc Performance Update" which contains one item, a plugin named "Text Wrap"... you replace the existing "Text Wrap" plugin in the "Required" folder.
