Developer doesn't respond: Won't wake my computer

The program won't wake my computer consistently. I reset my permissions using OnyX, restarted, opened only iTunes and it still won't wake my computer. As soon as I hit the spacebar--no matter how long past the alarm time--Powercontroller will open the script and play the playlist.
When I change just the alarm time in the script and then put my computer to sleep Powercontroller works fine, waking my computer, opening the script and starting the playlist.
I'm stumped. I've asked the developer to help solve this but I've gotten NO response via email or Version Tracker.

i dont have a paper copy of the code for this program for when i registered it... i love this program and use it every day. please help me to figure out how to contact someone that can tell me those #'s... thank you !

I use this software all the time in my classroom - it's been an absolute boon!
I had trouble registering v1.7 but, unlike previous correspondents found the dev to be very helpful and responsive. Had a near real-time exchange of Emails with him and eventually managed to register by upgrading to version 2.0

but the product is excellent. Tradeoffs are a part of life - think Quark XPress and Quark Inc.
In any case, this updater seems to be broken. I have downloaded three times and each time the mpkg generates an error on opening. Opening the mpkg with Pacifist shows a size of 0 bytes.
The saga continues.

I'm with you 100%. I had exactly the same experience and used up my esellerate alowances trying to get a reactivation that didn't work. Why oh why can't we just enter the serial number to activate the software that we bough??? Dev - are you listening to this? Great app, but no way I will recommend until you fix your stupid activation scheme.

After all the forum posts requesting the use of the stupid serial number were still forced to use eSellerate. I've overused my re-registration allowances and eSellerate will not allow me to register again until the dev resets my account, so I sent him a PM on his board because there is no direct email for him about 4 months ago. I received no reply and all I have is a useless registration number for software I desperately need. This guy is driving me crazy, registration has to be the number one issue on the forum and so he updates his software and forces us to use the same old broken eSellerate process that started most of the headaches to begin with. I need this software so bad that I'm almost forced to register this software again, luckily I'd rather be late to a class than give this dev another penny.
Do yourself a favor, don't register this software until this Houdini of a dev decides to actually allow us to enter our serial numbers.

Why does VersionTracker show 5 stars to software (v1.4) that has not been rated yet? DON'T TRUST THE RATINGS ON VT. (One star from me to even things up a bit.)

Issues:
1. Doesn't wake my computer
2. Doesn't recognize my new iTunes library even though the previous one has been deleted.
3. Developer is unresponsive to emails & Version Tracker feedback.
Don't waste your money.
