Product Description:

Manage your assets with one simple to use, yet powerful application. iuAssets has been designed to cater for both the home user and small business owner. Peace of mind is knowing you have an accurate, up-to-date and secure record of all your assets.

iuAssets can be used for a variety of situations, two examples would be:

Insurance purposes. Keep a database of all your household or business items, on a remote computer or backup disk for easy retrieval in the event of an insurance claim. Serial numbers, prices, and pictures of your items will prove to be invaluable in situations which warrant an insurance claim.

Accounting purposes. Track your assets for accounting purposes. You can monitor current and disposed assets, group your assets according to your accounting codes, generate reports and export data.iuAssets allows you to save multiple files for multiple situations. You could have a separate file for home and for work, or for each department at work.

What's new in this version:

[new] "Save before close" for changed documents.
[fix] Update button now enables when a new asset image is successfully dragged and an asset is currently selected.

A RIP-OFF! - Version: 2.2, 10/8/2005 12:46PM PST

I've been waiting over a month for the license key I purcahsed (for $79.95) from the iuni.com website. All emails to them have bounced back and the contact form on their website is non-functional. I can find no other way to contact them.
iuAssets looked very promising but without the license key I purchased I can't use it...and now I'm out 80 bucks for nothing. Stay away!

I have been waiting for a programme like this, but I can't drop in any Pics. I am using 1.1.7 I have tried both .gif and .jpg but it makes no difference.

the software before the developer updates his MIME types on the server, you can right click and "save as." This will force the browser to save the file to disk as-is. You can then go about mounting the image as normal. (No, I'm not the developer...)
