topic documents now accept tabs

to create a new project to get started. How to do this is explained in the User's Guide the topic called "Creating a New Project". Also, there is a Close button on the Topic Manager window's toolbar to close the window.

& VERY reasonably priced. Paid for it in the first half-hour of use. Ideal; not only for my own small projects, but for the kids' homework. Looking out for further development on this little number.
