Great idea; scoring needs work

I, too, was captivated by the idea of combining the Tintin characters and Yahtzee. The game interface is very good; however, the scoring routines need tweaking. I rolled a small straight of 2,3,4,5, yet was not allowed to score it in the small straight column. If the scoring is fixed, this becomes my Yahtzee game. Until then, I will stay with Yahtzee X.
Delightful except for scoring

Charming! I grew up with Tintin and Yahtzee, but it never entered my mind to blend the two. As others have noted, the scoring is not as you would expect. I would think it would be a no brainer to provide an option for Hasbro rules vs. Swedish rules, which is really the only gripe I have. A networked version would be very cool, and I would even pay a few bucks if the problems are ironed out.
needs to cook a little

Issues noted by users previously have still not been corrected. Rules need to be included in the readme text since there is no Help for the game. Command keys do not work for extended english keyboard (command key plus corresponding keypad number keys do nothing). Looks like a fun time wasting game. I plan to keep an eye out for updates.

guess we're playing by different rules. I found complete U.S. rules here: http://grail.sourceforge.net/demo/yahtzee/rules.html. It would be great if it would be an option on the next release.

rules I play by are Swedish. Small straight = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 = 15p. Large straight = 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 = 20p. Full house gives sum of the dice, not 25p. Will fix options for this.

a bit disappointing that the scoring is not like original yahtzee (bottom half scores should be fixed values - not the total on the dice, small straight should be run of 4 dice, and large run of 5 - not 1-5 and 2-6 respectively. 5 stars if you consult the rules and make the adjustments
Also, in Panther I've noticed that it seems to have lost the ability to replace a score. Bummer.
A lot of people have complained that it doesn't use American Yahtzee rules, but I think that after playing Tintin, I prefer the way that it is played to the American version.
