However, I got a kernel panic as soon as I rebooted with this software installed and when my Mac started up again, it would no longer recognize the drive at all. I tried accessing the drive from a Linux PC, but the computer would not even boot with the drive attached.
All attempts to revive this hard drive have failed.
BEWARE: THIS SOFTWARE DESTROYED A PERFECTLY FUNCTIONING HARD DRIVE!

"This release could cause kernel panics and/or deadlocks that hang the machine. In addition, write support has not been stressed tested, therefore filesystem corruption may be possible. Please keep this in mind before using it."
