I over-clocked my TiBook to 1.2 GHz and this app reads 1000.00 MHz. Therefore it is not reading the actual CPU speed in a Titanium. CPU Director does read the correct speed. This is also evident id I reduce my CPU performance via Energy Saver from Highest to Reduced. Again CPU director shows 667MHz where this app still shows 1000.00MHz
I tried it in the terminal - Version: 1.0, 4/21/2005 09:47AM PST

My cpu is running pretty much at the speed advertised. No complaints here.

in 10.3.x . If you wanna verify it: enter "sysctl hw.cpufrequency" in the application "Terminal". Lose the quotes; keep the space. This directly commands the kernel to report your CPU operating frequency [DUH !] Megamyth is faster at it, So there!
