Product Description:

Formerly named Melbourne Temp, Degrees Down Under displays the current temperature for a range of locations around Australia, using data from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology website http://www.bom.gov.au. Features include:

automatic updating of the temperature at specified intervals
links to detailed observations on the Bureau's website
temperature display in a window and the Dock
display colour varies with temperature
command access from Dock menu

user control over display colours
display of data from stations other than Melbourne
station lists updated to match changes on Bureau site
redesigned main window
window position stored on quitting
new icon
links to source data on Bureau of Meteorology website
preference to stop main window opening when application starts

A Dashboard widget version of Degrees Down Under is now available for users of Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. The widget's colour varies with the temperature, which can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
