Product Description:

Salling Clicker is a revolutionary application, allowing you to remotely control a wide range of applications with your Sony Ericsson phone.

If you don't have one of the compatible Sony Ericsson phones (and a Bluetooth-enabled mac) you'll want to get one! Here are some ideas on what you may want to do with Salling Clicker:
  • Control PowerPoint or Keynote when giving presentations.
  • Control DVD Player or iTunes from your sofa or bed.
  • Use AppleScript to control anything you like!
Further, Salling Clicker has a built in "proximity sensor", allowing you to trigger actions when you leave or come back to your Mac. Again, here are some ideas
  • Pause iTunes when you leave the room, turn it on when you come back.
  • Use AppleScript to let your presence (or absence) control anything you like!
The sky is the limit when it comes to controlling AppleScriptable applications from Salling Clicker. You can even create your own sliders and message boxes to control things like volume or see what song is currently playing in iTunes.

Salling Clicker Usage TipAlso a full feature mobile RSS reader now - Version: 3.5, 1/10/2008 05:22AM PST

Ilgaz
Salling Clicker supported Netnewswire (paid version) for a long time but Netnewswire being a commercial product was a show stopper.

Since yesterday, Netnewswire 3 is _freeware_ http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/17557

It also works all fine under Leopard. So your supported phone, whether it has WiFi or just Bluetooth has a free news reader at your home/office now. This is why Salling Clicker always turns out to be money saving.

Does what the description says, but there is no real need for it, except some playing around.
