Product Description:

PVRdecoder reports precisely the type of processor found in your machine. This is primarily a tool for developers and CPU upgrade card testers. It displays:
  • the PowerPC commercial name
  • the revision number
  • the processor project nickname
  • the PVR (Processor Version Register)

I saw PVRdecoder, I thought that this app was for decoding files off of TiVos or ReplayTV boxes. Silly me. Even still, it does what it says quite well.
