Product Description:

Spoken Text App for Mac OS X is a very basic Applescript App to make text into a .aiff file with your current system voice, then saved to disk. You can type or paste text into the dialogue box that appears after launching the App, it is then turned into a .aiff file. You can then play it in the Finder, QuickTime Player & iTunes or any other Audio App that handles .aiff files. The recording voice can be changed via the Speech Preference pane in the System Preferences before launching the Spoken text app.
