Stuffit Expander 9.01 crashes when opening the .sit file, so I can't even try the Mac version. The Windows version is very nice though. Maybe the original developer would like to hand over the code to a sub-developer who truly understands the Mac Way of doing things...?

... it looks like the product is pretty much dead at this point. So if there's a bug or unimplemented feature promised in the docs that you can't live without, consider that. 4 stars because it doesn't look like it's going anywhere, but development stalled with a few bugs yet to be fixed.

Easy, adictive game. Adding additional weapon packs is a nice feature. Loosing or speeding up the special effects when changing between menu's would nice. Network play would be great!

It's been a while since I've downloaded a game this addicting. I love it! It's FUN! I try a lot of games but almost never like them well enought to bother paying the shareware fee. This one is well worth the price. Good Work. The price for extra weapons upgrades ($7, I think) seems a bit steep though.

pocket tanks is a semi-fun game with outdated graphics and a poor user interface. some of the features do not work, like windowed mode. also it is very annoying that everytime i launch it i have to go through various screens, like intro screens that mean basically nothing and than watch a bad animation where the menus roll in. i hope there would be a preference to turn them off. also it is very un-mac like because you must use odd key combinations for some functions, like command-Q does not quit, you have to use [esc].
