Product Description:

Desktop Comics replaces your desktop picture with the current day's comic strips! Develop your own personalized funnies page by easily choosing among dozens of hilarious, web-based comics and Desktop Comics will then update your desktop picture each day with the newest strips. If your desktop is cluttered with icons, with the press of a key Desktop Comics will display a semi-transparent overlay showing the day's comics.
Featuring a plug-in architecture, Desktop Comics is incredibly expandable and can easily be modified to add support for the most arcane of comics. A plug-in builder is included with the application to facilitate the creation of comic plugins.

What's new in this version:

Added support for PC Weenies.
Fixed some typos in the comic plugins.
Added an uninstall command.
Other minor changes.

Comictastic at 6 am every morning (thanks, Youpi Key!), then it downloads all my comics and patiently waits for me to wake up. This solution costs nothing (both apps are freeware).

pay to use something that can be see for free over the web? $2-3 fine, but 9.95? No way! Delivers as promised. If it were free, 5 stars, because we're charged to do something we can do for free... 2 stars.
