The JAVA_PATH for Mac OS X should be something like this:
JAVA_PATH=/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Home/bin
Once the JAVA_PATH is set correctly, the program is activated from the command line as the root user (use sudo). The use of the web browser to view the network traffic data via a Java Applet works fine. The data is well organized for the user to start finding issues on your LAN. One thing I noticed on my network was some NetWare protocol traffic. Since we did not have a NetWare server, I went looking. I found that an Apple LaserWriter had the NetWare protocol enabled.

The current freeware version is 0.5 and the current paid version is 1.0.1.
