iMovie Stupendous Bundle CommentaryFCX - Version: 1.18, 4/13/2004 06:02PM PST

Mr. Pi
I would like to take the opportunity to say a few words about this software. If you are going to spend serious money ($150+) on video editing, you should get Final Cut Express. FCX is going to take your video editing places that it has never been before, and create a whole world of possibilities for you to branch out. I don't think that having a large selection plugins for iMovie will create much of an opportunity for you to create more polished films. I personally believe that the money would be better spent on a ProSumer line editing tool, rather than adding on to a consumer editing tool. If you want to add to iMovie (which I am not putting down by the way, it's a great tool in itself), then go and buy a few select parts of the bundle on their own, but if you are under the impression that this selection of software will enable you to create more polished, professional films, then you are wrong. I hope that you make the right decision, and buy what is right for you.

Weaselboy
This bundle has been 200 bucks for months. What 50% discount? Get real, and drop the price to a 100 bucks. Not all of us are quite the chimps you apparently take us for.

iMovie Stupendous Bundle ReviewI agree with Joe - Version: 1.11, 10/16/2003 04:55AM PST

The products are simple to use and cheap enough if you buy them as separate bundles. They bring iMovie to a whole new level... I tried Final Cut Express, and the learning curve is just to steep for my simple mind, but with these, I can do everything I can imagine, easily! And they include some great color correction modules as well!!
