Peripheral Vision keeps track of the devices connected to your digital hub and provides a variety of notification mechanisms when they are plugged in or unplugged, including visual, audio and automation.

Peripheral Vision supports:

  • USB
  • FireWire
  • Bluetooth (10.2 required)

What's new in this version:

  • Automation - have applications launch or scripts run when you plug in a peripheral (just like iTunes with the iPod)
  • Speech - have Peripheral Vision tell what's been connected while you're working under the desk - also cool for impressing the Windows crowd!

Can anyone tell me how to remove Peripheral Vision from my System Prefs? I installed it on my Intel Mac - my mistake - then uninstalled the app, and now the prefs icon in sys prefs won't go away?! Please help?!

and universal binary to date. It doesn't work now I have a Mac Pro - feels like a part of me has died (and not gone to heaven)
