Won't launch. - Version: 0.4.2, 11/1/2003 03:56AM PST

Can't get it to launch on my mac. It's a G4 dual-867mhz, running Mac OS X 10.2.6, with 512mb RAM. Plenty of disk space available. It just appears in the dock for a fraction of a second, then dissapears. What could be causing this?

Why it sometimes stops half way through - Version: 0.2, 7/7/2003 08:00PM PST

It stopped half way through one of my movies, too. I think I know why. The m2v file was over 3GB in size. BitVice Helper seems unable to handle an input file larger than 2GB.
2GB was the file size limit in older versions of the Mac OS file system. Some applications are built in a way that would observe that limit even on a "Mac OS Extended" format disk.
I have notified the developer.

with PAL mpeg2 files. Did tests up to this time with 1 minute test files. No problem displaying it with my Pioneer DVD player. I use MacOSX 10.2.4.
