What's new in this version:

Faster downloads of deployments which bottleneck on the upload capacity of the origin
Much less chance of the file becoming non-downloadable when the origin goes down
Much more consistent download rates - the frequency of the download rate dropping down to almost nothing during a big deployment is much less now
Better download and upload rate estimation
Slow period when starting a download at the start of a big deployment is on average much shorter
Upload rate capping available (in the command line version)
GUI cleanups - display is more compact, error messages appear in the main window
numerous miscellaneous tweaks and bug fixes
