JPEG 2000 natively. However, the options are limited to simple lossy quality or loss-less. This product is designed to allow experimention with the advanced features of JPEG 2000 - such as multiple quality layers at different bit-rates, region of interest encoding, preview and side-by-side quality and file size comparision with JPEG.
