Here is the link to get the latest versions of Stuffit Expander, 2009 and 2010, without providing an email:

And for the record, even though I don't use the Stuffit program for creating files, I LOVE the expander. It has always been the best free expander, better than The Unarchiver (at least, the last time I used it) or Mac OS X's built-in archive handling. That is a fact. Just because you hate the proprietary .sit format is no reason to bash the expander, which is a multi-unarchiver. Even if the .sit format disappeared tomorrow I would still use Stuffit Expander, because I like the way it works when uncompressing .ZIP, .RAR, and everything except else. I don't even care about .sit. Comments about the regular Stuffit program don't even belong in this topic, but people keep ignoring the rules and posting here anyway, even though what they say is totally irrelevant. This is the kind of behavior that makes PC users call Apple users nutjobs.

"The Unarchiver" should be able to do most of what you need, but if you really need Stuffit Expander, here's a link to the current direct download (no email address required).
