Product Description:

Dockless is a simple utility for making applications show themselves (or not) in the Dock when they normally do or do not not. Dockless now supports all OS X applications, even those that require administrator privledges. See the ReadMe.rtf file included for more information and important considerations when trying out Dockless.

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed hang that would occur with multiple selection: I misunderstood the NSIndexSet API
  • Dockless will now only prompt for an admin password if the file modifications needed require it
  • Dockless will now automatically apply docking changes
  • Cleaned up interface a little

We all have apps which we don't want to show in the Dock. While quite possible to navigate into "Contents/Info.plist" who wants the bother? This tiny, elegant app makes it a 5-second job. (OS 10.3.7)

This app causes major issues with Panther. I would NOT recommend installing unless one is savvy with how to uninstall and make appropriate changes needed to restore your Mac to a functional state!!!!!!
