MortgageX ReviewMortgageX --simple, quick, superb! - Version: 1.00, 2/22/2005 10:26AM PST

I just played all kinds of "what if" games with my mortgage, and it could not have been more simple to do so. This is a little gem. Thanks to the authors for making it available as freeware.

The only improvement that I would like to see would be the ability to print the loan amortization schedule with the column headings shown on the printout, and sized for the page. As it was, I had to reduce the printing to 75% of full size and do a CMD-A (select all) in order to get all the entries in the table to show up on the printout and fit on the page. A small inconvenience at worst.

MortgageX ReviewNice app. I… - Version: 1.00, 2/1/2003 02:15PM PST

just entered the principal, interest rate, and term of my mortgage and it gave me the same payment amount my bank requires me to pay. This is a really neat app to see how far an extra 50 bucks a month really goes! Thanks!
