Product Description:

eBreak keeps track and notifies you of your remaining break time while you're at work. Some of the features of eBreak include 2 different window views (large print for reading the remaining time across the room, and small print to keep out of the way in the corner), transparency, and integrated Mac OS X mail support, which allows you to enter your SMS cell phone number and have eBreak send reminders to your phone as your break starts to wind down. The software works with Jaguar (10.2 and above) and is donationware.

It seems from the developer's site (ifthensoft.com) that this app has been discontinued. You can buy it with a collection of other discontinued software for $4.95, but you can no longer download it for free.

great app! Very useful at work where I have to strictly adhere to the alloted breaks and lunch hour. The reminder to my phone is a great feature. My only complaint is when I have to go back to work!
