Product Description:
Event Reminder is a Macintosh OS X application that will remind you of important events such as birthdays and anniversaries in an easy to view table. You can use events from a text file, Apple's Address Book or iCal applications, and even Palm Desktop. To Do items from iCal, Palm Desktop, or a text file can also be included. Event Reminder can calculate ages and will countdown days to an event. The application can display all holidays for any year you choose and it includes both a yearly and a monthly perpetual calendar. Event Reminder is extremely customizable.
What's new in this version:
- Fixed error in which iCal Calendar names were no longer displaying properly under OS X 10.5 Leopard.
- Fixed error in which Jewish holidays were no longer displaying under OS X 10.5 Leopard.

I used to use Event Reminder a lot. The only problem was that if you needed to do a restart it seemed like you waited all day and half tomorrow for E R to get its act together. All I wanted was the very basic list of todos for the next few days to be waiting for me in the morning and I now get that much more easily and with zero hassle from iCal Events, a neat little widget.
