This product looks really interesting, and I would like to download it, but, the download never begins, either from versiontracker.com or from the Chronos home page, nor for any alternative link. I can download other items from versiontracker.

Thanks for your recent order of F10 Launch Studio. When you place an order on our online store, our server automatically sends the email containing the registration codes within a few minutes (usually it's a few seconds) of completion of the order. With that said, some spam blocking software will flag the email from our server as spam. Depending on the settings of the spam software the email from us may get deleted or filed in a special folder. Although I don't know for sure if this is the case with your particular order or not, we don't purposely not send the email containing the registration code.
Most spam software will let you view the emails that have been flagged as spam. The email that we send you has the subject of "Chronos Purchase". This should help you locate the email. If that's not successful, simply contact our Sales department at either sales@chronosnet.com or 435.615.7335 and we'll be happy to give you your registration number again.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

At start, a very useful feature shows you all the duplicates you.. never believed to have in applications and folders! This is good! And this is the last moment you will use the word 'useful'.
No way to have back that window, you only know to have a lot of duplicate of apps you never believed to exist but not an easy way to put away even only the aliases of the main F10 window!
And you can NOT use F 10 if you have duplicates cluttering his main window!
And this, as said, 'by years and years'! And, as ever before, I will surrender and disable this... useful app, if only easy to handle!
With the time, I see that I find less and less 'bugs' in genial apps for our loved OS X while the bigger reason to not use them is.. the difficult to:
1) understand what they do or why I should use it
2) have 'self explaining' behaviours (or at leat an easy to understand 'tour'
3) use it... NOT as 'the only utility on this world' that want do all what other does better, focusing on thier 'force'.
4) be really easy to use, be exactly what I want for what I need!
It's not 'marketing', it would be.. 'humanity', 'empathy', pity for us poor common people wanting only to learn and.. follow you! Because we appreciate a lot your works and efforts... but they are still not enough to reach us humble people!
