Nice and quick little app. What would be nice is to be able to reverse it. To put in payment amt per month and number of months and the total loan amt and get the schedule. But still for a free app, it is nice.

Good looking app. I like the way the schedule prints.
Would like the ability to skip or vary additional principal payments instead of locked into a particular month for every year. Separate column for additional payments maybe?
Also the ability to export to, at the very least a tab or comma delim file.
