Why can't Apple include most of these features in Safari already? F.e. having to use Google as a built-in search engine is definitely unaccepatble. Safari should allow for much more customizing without additional tools.

Hello everyone,
I am hoping someone can offer some advice.

I tried installing the Safari Enhancer 3.3 and everything seemed to go just fine. My problem is it doesn't work, I get no extra functionallity. I used appzapper to uninstall it and reinstalled but no joy.

max osx 10.4.5
Safari 2.0.3
Safari Plus 1.4

The "What's New" area indicated a "New Tab button in Safari" feature had been added.

I checked the applicable box and "Applied" the enhancement but still don't have the new tab. Anyone able to add the tab? If so, how'd you do it?

OS 10.4.5 (8H14) and Safari 2.0.3 (417.8)

Hhm, I tried SE for quite a while now. It's doing its job yery well.
But this version will only bunzip, but NOT open the *.dmg because: "not recognized" (As said by Stuffit Expander).
Hopefully they will provide a new download-file very soon...
(Apple PB 17" 1.33 G4, OS-X 10.4.5, Stuffit 10.0.1)

After installing Safari Enhancer (OS 10.4, Safari 2.0.3) I saw a significant improvement in browser speed, but when I tried to list something on eBay I had to disable Safari Enhancer to upload the graphics file. Just before installing Enhancer I listed five items on eBay without any trouble whatever. With Enhancer installed, the picture upload got hung up and I could not continue listing my item until I disabled Enhancer. I'd call this a bug.

I have tiger 10.4.4 and the safari_enhanced.dmg image fail to mount. A window appears saying that the image is not recognized. Any clue?

No problem whatsoever when I downloaded and then installed it. Using OS 10.4.4's Safari 2.0.3

Please, read the system requirements. This version of Enhancer is *only* for OS 10.4 and above. The Disc image *will not* mount on earlier versions of the OS. There are older 10.3 and 10.2-friendly Enhancers available from my website.
