I have tried many translators including some "Ultra" well known, and so far Word Translator does its job well and simply, without being hampered by gymmicky effects. No installation problems, no crashes.
So far, this is the only program I have found which allows me to create my own dictionaries SEPARATELY from the default dictionaries. I can also add, edit or delete entries to the default dictionaries, which most other programs do not allow. Many dictionaries can also be downloaded at NO ADDITIONAL COST which makes Word Translator very good value for money.
With regard to support, unlike other companies who sometimes don't even bother to reply to emails, I have found Halldor prompt in his replies and follow ups. It is obvious that he has 'his finger on the pulse'. Perhaps if some have experienced delays, it reminds us that at the other end of the 'send' button, there is a human not a robot. So, instead of getting frustrated, take your dog for a walk, you probably need one too!

I purchased a registration/key for this software from Kagi. They immediately informed me that the charge to my credit card had gone through. Their message also said that I would receive a "key" within twenty-four hours. Kagi gives an address to email for problems. I did this. No response. Just recently I sent yet another message. So far no response.
I would hold off buying this software until they can give adequate assurances that someone is there - awake and can handle the problem.
